I've been told that the 4 stitchmen models (which includes the 2 limited stretch bonus kickstarter minis) will be shipping in the next few days.
The most likely course of action is to have everyone who JUST pledged the 4 minis get theirs right away, but this will result in the people who pledged for a dozen minis to have to wait, as we still have another 4 minis in sculpting limbo.
We obviously don't want to offend people that pledged for 12 minis, but at the same time, don't want to make people wait if we have everything in hand for what they've pledged for.
So that's a very short update, which I'll be posting to Kickstarter, hopefully once the greens ship tomorrow or the next day.

So a basic timeline for $25 pledges is:
2-3 weeks for shipping 2 weeks for casting masters 1 week for approval process/shipping 1 week for casting.
So all in all somewhere between 6 and 7 weeks out.
We have another sculptor who we're working with to get everything where we need it to be, and we are hoping to have his sculpts in the mail to us very soon. How soon will depend on the various rounds of revisions.
That's about the most accurate time-line I can give right now... just wanted to keep everyone informed.

I would like to add a few thing to this, hopefully without stepping on my partner's toes.
From my personal experience rushing out a product, especially in the gaming world, leaves everyone unhappy. There have been few disappointments greater in my gaming days than when I received something and it felt unfinished. It tarnishes the whole experience.
Now are we being overly picky with our sculpts? Probably, a little. Have we made a few mistakes that have slown down the process? Absolutely, but we have learned from them. We really, really hope that these delays don't make anyone think that we aren't taking their Kickstarter pledge seriously. It is actually the opposite of that, because nothing would be a slap in the face like us sending you a half baked product for your hard earned money and faith in our project.
Thanks for your patience,
-Matt

Ouch, my toes!
Matt definitely is summing it up here better than I am. Even though there hasn't been much grumbling about it, we're definitely making sure to keep on target for getting everyone their minis when we promised them by, and even though we haven't seen that deadline come and go, based on how things are going right now, things might be late, and we hate being late... but we'd rather be late than half-assed.

So it's been 5 weeks. I figure by your time line, we're still not there yet, but are we still on schedule for your proposed timeline?

We will hopefully have them late next week. They came in the mail but needed some repairs, which is fitting for Stitchmen.

I think we're still on target for having these within the next 2 weeks.
We had some slight issues with the tabs, but that's resolved now, and the caster is working on masters for these this weekend.
